This cloud bread recipe is so easy with only two ingredients. It’s high protein and works as a pizza crust, tortilla, really anything you want it to be. I’ve even seen it made to taste like cotton candy. Use this base recipe and add whatever toppings you like. I highly recommend using a Silpat (buy it on Amazon here). Every time I have made it with aluminum foil, half of it sticks to the foil and it can be frustrating. We use our Silpat for all of our baked goods because nothing sticks to it!
2 Ingredient Cloud Bread
Ingredients
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions
- Add egg whites to a bowl and use a hand or stand mixer to beat until white and foamy
- Add cornstarch
- Continue to beat until stiff peaks form
- Spread out (not too thin) on a non-stick baking sheet. I use a silpat.
- Bake for 23 minutes at 300 degrees
- Top however you’d like!
