I am so excited that you are interested in learning more about my fitness and nutrition programs. I know that you will love the community, the lifestyle, and your results! The women in my groups are committed to pursuing their health & fitness goals in a balanced way. There are no shortcuts in my training groups. If you want results you have to work hard, eat clean, & change your mindset.

NO cutting out food groups. NO restriction diets. NO working out for multiple hours per day.

The first step in becoming one of my clients is deciding which workout program is best for you. We discuss your goals & we select a program that will best meet your needs and lifestyle. Once we have that figured out, you will register with one of my fitness & nutrition packages. Your package will include everything you need to be successful: workouts, nutritional supplements, meal prep containers, meal plans, recipes, and so much more.

I am available for you via email, social media messenger, text, etc.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM MY CLIENTS:

  • Follow the program: if that means your program asks you to workout every day for 30 minutes, 6 days a week, then do it. Programs vary on daily time commitment.

  • 80% of your results are based on nutrition alone. For the best results, follow the nutrition plan.

  • Check in to the accountability group daily.

  • Take progress photos and measurements. The scale doesn’t always tell the whole story. You need to keep track of other stats.

LINDSAY KALSOW

Hi there! Nice to virtually meet you. I appreciate you taking the time to visit my website and learn more about what I do. Truth is, fitness hasn’t always been a happy part of my life. In fact, I grew up very insecure about fitness. I would get so much anxiety about running the mile in gym class because I always came in last or pretty close.

As silly as it sounds, a dance kickboxing infomercial changed the way I viewed fitness and in turn, changed my life. It was the first time I thought fitness was fun and I got hooked. 

I learned to love the whole journey from the inside out and as my husband saw my results, he was inspired to make healthy changes too. Together we lost 100 pounds combined!

My journey started in 2016 and I haven’t looked back since. Now I love that I have the ability to pay it forward and help others reclaim their health through sustainable, healthy changes.
