4 Ingredient Homemade Dole Whip

Dole Whip is probably my favorite iconic Disney treat, and if you know me, I’ll do just about anything to bring some Disney magic to Wisconsin. I’ve made a couple Dole Whip recipes before, but without a doubt, this one is the winner. Dole Whip is best described like a pineapple sherbet. This version is much fluffier than the one at Disney. As my husband said, “It’s like eating a pineapple cloud.”

Prep time

minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/3 cup canned coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon powdered baking stevia
(You could also try 2 drops liquid stevia)

  • 1-2 tablespoons of water only if needed

Directions

  • Add pineapple, stevia, and coconut milk to blender
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes. Only add water if needed. Remember the end result should be like soft serve ice cream. If you want more dense Dole Whip, then blend for 20-30 seconds. Trust me, you want it to be super fluffy!
