I’m one of those weird people who drinks iced coffee all times of year. Yes, even in the middle of January in the midwest. The problem with most caramel syrups is they are filled with high fructose corn syrup or if it’s a skinny syrup, artificial sweeteners. Extracts are a great way to get that same flavor you want without all the extra fillers. Plus, it allows you to add more flavor without more sugar. Enjoy!
